All Things Bright & Beautiful: Morning Prayer

Join us on Zoom every Wednesday morning for “All Things Bright and Beautiful: Creation Bible Study and Prayer.” This special morning prayer will continue through the end of the November, as part of St. Peter’s celebration of Creation Season.

The starting point of all theology is awe at the natural world.  Being part of and yet having dominion over creation is what makes human beings uniquely in the image of God.  How do we know the author of creation by what They have made? And how does our peculiar “God imaged-ness” shape our relationship with God and the earth itself? Join Rev. Laurie to explore Biblical stories on these themes.  We’ll end each meeting a bit before 8:30 a.m. to share thanksgivings and concerns and join together in prayer before we set off into the day.
