Repairers of the Breach: Continuing the Conversation

Our country is at a hinge moment that calls for people of faith to stand up against all sinful systems of oppression and violence.  Many members of St. Peter’s are deeply engaged in this work. On January 18, we heard from parishioner Kat Voit, who leads the pro bono program at Duane Morris LLP.

On Sunday, February 1, we will continue our conversation with Kat with a guided Q&A to consider how her work is an act of discipleship. The conversation will conclude with meditation, an invocation of the Holy Spirit to help all participants discern how we are being called into mission, and a communal prayer over the presenter, thanking God for their ministry and asking that they might be strengthened by God’s grace and our love as they carry it out.

There will be sandwiches & salad provided at 12:30 p.m. and the workshop will begin at 1.
