Churchyard Challenge

As the city celebrates the 250th anniversary of the founding of the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps this month, St. Peter’s invites you to learn more about these patriots and their service to the country. The St. Peter’s History Committee has prepared a special printed guide, which identifies the resting places of 14 Revolutionary War soldiers, sailors, and marines. Preserve St. Peter’s will use this new guide as part of its 2025 Churchyard Challenge. Come to the churchyard from 10:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. on Saturday, October 25 and 12:30-3:30 p.m. on Sunday, October 26 to participate in this fun, free activity for all ages!
