Easter Sunday Services

There will be two Easter church services at St. Peter’s.

  • 9 a.m. Worship service with sermon and Holy Eucharist.
  • 11 a.m. Festival worship service with sermon, all choirs, and trumpet.

Children are welcome at all services! There will be a Children’s Easter egg hunt and a reception catered by Federal Donuts in the churchyard after the 11 a.m. service.

Talking to Children about Holy Week

The events of Holy Week; Jesus’ last supper with his friends, his arrest, trial, and crucifixion, are difficult for adults to wrap their heads around and, we imagine, even harder for children to grasp. But the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ are central to our faith. So it is important to find ways to think and talk about it with our children. The Rev.
