Churchyard Gardeners

Volunteers gather the second Saturday of the month to help clean and tend to our beautiful churchyard. All are invited to join us!

Volunteer work between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. Come for a half hour or stay the entire time — whatever time you can give is appreciated! If you have gloves or pruning tools that you like to use, please bring them. If not, we have plenty of gloves and tools to share. Jobs include trash pick up, tree watering, removing ivy, pruning, and raking leaves.

Please wear a mask and social distance as you are in the churchyard. At this time, we are asking everyone to bring their own refreshments and water. For everyone’s safety, we are asking everyone who attends outdoor gatherings at St. Peter’s to fill out this online form. If you have questions, please email Jill Minick at [email protected].
