We’re excited to welcome you back to the Children’s Service at 9:00 AM on Sunday, September 8th. First, we’ll gather in the auditorium of St. Peter’s School to share songs, a Bible story, and Communion. Afterward, we’ll head out to the school’s playground for refreshments, conversation, and playtime on the swings and slides. Hope to see you then, and we hope you’ve had a great summer!
Every Sunday at 9 a.m., we gather together to sing, to hear God’s word, to pray, and to share Holy Communion. Our popular Family Service is a lively and informal service popular with children ages 1-6 and their families.
By actively participating in all parts of the service, kids feel welcomed, nurtured and important! Following Communion, the children engage in doing some aspect of our faith, through a craft, game, or service project. Afterward, all are welcome to enjoy snacks & drinks and get to know one another.
The Family Service is held in the second-floor auditorium of St. Peter’s School, adjacent to the church. The entrance to the school is in the parking lot off Lombard Street.
We ask that everyone continue to mask indoors. Masks are provided at the door.
Proof of up-to-date vaccination (age 5 and older) is required to attend in-person worship. “Up-to-date” means fully vaccinated and a booster if it has been at least 5 months since your last shot. Please show your COVID-19 vaccination card or a photo of your card at the door as you enter the church. If you are not yet vaccinated, please join us for our live streamed service on our YouTube Channel.
Every member of the St. Peter’s Choir, clergy, and church staff are fully vaccinated.
The church is cleaned regularly, windows are open (weather permitting), and hand sanitizer is provided.
