Sing Philadelphia Summer Camp

SING Philadelphia’s 2018 camp will be held from Monday through Friday, June 25-29. The camp is held at St. Peter’s Church at Third and Pine Streets in Philadelphia.

SING Philadelphia is a week-long summer choir camp for boys and girls ages 7-12. The camp provides an exceptional musical experience for children and youth who love to sing. Under instruction of Director Dr. Darryl Roland, campers learn classical repertoire with special attention to breathing techniques, vowel formation and choral tone, sight singing and intonation, and music theory (written notation).

Registration is now OPEN for the 2018 camp! Click on the Register button to reserve a space for your child.

Camp tuition is $325. However, there is a sliding scale tuition schedule (ranges from $50 to $325) to ensure children have equitable access to SING Philadelphia, regardless of financial resources. We can also provide lunch to campers by request.

Camp runs from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. every day, with morning care included starting at 8 a.m. There is also afternoon (4-5:30 p.m.) extended care available at an extra cost of $40/week. There will be no after-care on Friday, June 29.

Grouped by age, the campers receive musical instruction twice each day, as well as daily drama and art classes led by experienced teachers. On the final day of camp, families and friends are invited to attend a presentation from the campers featuring dramatic plays, choral anthems, and an art exhibit.

If you are looking to have a good time while learning to express yourself through music...this is the camp for you!
